Electrode Dot Array (MEDA) バイオチップが生化学・医療の分野で注目されている.本論文では,MEDA バイオチップにおける液滴の形状に応じた速度モデルと液滴の分離を考慮した液滴ルーティング手法を提案する.液滴の形状に依存した速度モデルを考慮した手法は過去にも存在するが,それに加え,液滴の分離を考慮している研究は存在しない.提案手法では,液滴の大きさや形に依存した速度変化を利用し,さらに液滴の分離を考慮することで,液滴のソース地点からシンク地点までの総移動時間の短縮を目指す.実験により,既存手法に比べて総移動時間が平均 30% から 40%
