保守や点検業務において，現場の作業者が持つ暗黙的な知識の活用と共有が，効率的な現場保守，技術向上において重要である．我々は音声つぶやきシステムを活用して，現場以外で言語化が困難な知識（現場知識）の収集と活用を行ってきた．知識共有の方法として，現場で記録された音声つぶやき（気づきメッセージ）を活用したワークショップが有効である．本論文では,自然言語処理手法を用いてワークショップの活性化を支援する手法を提案する．具体的には，電気保安業務で収集した気づきメッセージを対象に提案手法を適用し，その有効性を評価する． |

In maintenance and inspection work, the utilization and sharing of tacit knowledge held by workers in the field is important for efficient maintenance and technical improvement. We have been collecting and utilizing knowledge that is difficult to be verbalized outside of the field (Gen-Ba Knowledge) by using a smart voice messaging system. As a method of knowledge sharing, As a method of knowledge sharing, workshops utilizing collected voice messages including Gen-Ba knowledge recorded in the field are effective. In this paper, we propose a method to support workshop activation using natural language processing techniques. Specifically, we apply the proposed method to voice messages collected in electric maintenance operations, and evaluate its effectiveness. |
