The proposed comparator is based on a conventional StrongARM comparator and additional control transistors for the differential pair’s current are added to the comparator. The schematic simulation results show that the standard deviation of the offset voltage variation is changed from 17.4 mV to 74.7 mV by an external digital signal when a reference voltage Vref is 0.9 V.
