Then, it is desirable for vehicles to be cleaned at equal intervals, taking into account the daily work capacity. In addition to cost reduction as a basic indicator, there are various evaluation indicators in the planning of vehicle inspections and cleaning, such as planning margin to take into account the risk of train delays and equalized interval days to keep a constant service level. This paper proposes a method for creating inspection and cleaning plans that considers these indicators and satisfies the given periodic conditions as much as possible.
