Messaging APIのBot機能に着目し，Bot機能やタブレットPCに関わるプロビジョニングをシステム運営者側で実施するモデルを提案する．その際，システム利用者数分のBotアカウントを作成する必要があるため，実用化を考えた際に現実的な仕組みとなるように自動プロビジョニング方式を考察した．さらに高齢者がシステム利用を継続できるようにAffordanceに着目して，高齢者のこれまでの経験から操作方法を想起できる形とした．80代の高齢者からなる2世帯での3カ月にわたる実証実験から，その有効性を検証するとともに実用化に向けた評価を行った．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"This study is related to a system that enables elderly people to communicate interactively with younger people by simply speaking to an avatar on a tablet PC. It has been difficult for the elderly to start and continue using existing comparable products on their own, as they are left to set up and install devices and applications, or they need to learn new operations. To address this issue, this study focuses on the Bot function of the LINE Messaging API and proposes a model in which the system operator performs provisioning related to the Bot function and tablet PCs. In this case, it is necessary to create Bot accounts for the number of system users, therefore we considered an automatic provisioning method to make it a realistic mechanism for implementation. In addition, we focused on Affordance and made it possible for elderly to recall how to operate the system based on their experience to enable them to continue to use the system.
