• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 生成AI の普及に伴いデータの入力・出力時におけるデータ保護法制度の整合性が国内外で課題となりつつある．本稿では，個人情報保護法及び個人情報保護委員会が2023 年6 月に公表した「生成AI サービスの利用に関する注意喚起等」をベースにしながら，生成AI のサービス化における規定やユーザ向けの義務のあり方について整理する．また，従前サービスである検索エンジンやカメラ画像の規範と対比しながら「注意喚起等」の事項をサービス事業者が規定として具体化するにあたっての留意点を指摘し，さらに，国内外において対応が進められている事例を分析する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: With the spread of generative AI, the consistency of data protection legal systems at the time of data input and output is becoming an issue both domestically and internationally. This report summarizes the regulations and obligations for users when generating AI services, based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and the "Alert on the Use of Generative AI Services, etc." published by the Personal Information Protection Commission in June 2023. In addition, the paper points out points to keep in mind when service providers embody the matters in the Alerts as regulations, comparing them with the norms for search engines and camera images, which are conventional services, and also analyzes the cases where measures are being taken in Japan and abroad.
