paper"}]},"item_18_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"パスワード/パスコード認証やパターンロック認証では,のぞき見により秘密情報の入力を盗まれやすい傾向がある.この課題に対して,本研究では人間の顔のおもかげ画像を生成することを利用する認証手法を提案する.提案手法では,Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN) の1種の画像生成技術であるStyleGANを用いて,顔画像を学習したネットワークの潜在変数にパスワード顔画像をエンコードし,乱数で構成した潜在変数を部分的に組み合わせて顔画像を生成する.このようにして生成した顔画像は,パスワード顔画像とは異なる容姿に見えるものの,パスワード顔画像の面影を持つ顔画像となる.そのため,パスワード顔画像を知る正規ユーザは,面影を手がかりにおもかげ画像を見分けられることが期待できる一方で,パスワード顔画像を知らない非正規ユーザは,おもかげ画像をのぞき見しても,秘密情報であるパスワード顔画像を盗みにくいことが期待できる.プロトタイプをウェブアプリケーションとして実装し,実験参加者が自身で設定したパスワード顔画像で正規認証が可能であるか,また,他者が設定したパスワード顔画像でのぞき見により不正認証が可能であるかを調査する評価実験を行った.その結果,100.0%の割合で正規認証が可能であった一方で,45.8%の割合で不正認証が可能であった.","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_18_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"This paper proposes an authentication method based on generating OMOKAGE images of human faces to mitigate the shoulder surfing problem in common password/passcode or pattern-lock authentication. The proposed method utilizes StyleGAN, which is an advanced image generation technique of Generative Adversarial Networks (GAN). The password face image of the proposed method is encoded to a latent variable of StyleGAN, and the latent variable is mixed with random latent variables to generate OMOKAGE images, which bear a slight resemblance to the password face image. The proposed method shows the user one correct and eight dummy face images on the screen, and the user needs to identify the correct image by finding resemblance of the password face image. Since the proposed method does not show the password face image, non-genuine users that do not know the resemblance may have difficulty identifying the correct image even after shoulder surfing. We implemented a web-based prototype and conducted an evaluation experiment to investigate genuine authentication with a provided password face image and non-genuine authentication with shoulder surfing.
