教育分野におけるデジタル技術の導入推進にともない，教育データの分析を通じた教育改善の機会が拡大している．一方，個人データの情報主体者に対するプライバシー保護も同時に求められる．そこで，我々はOECD 8原則をふまえた個人情報保護を目指し，個人データへのアクセス制御を当人や保護者が管理できるシステムを考案した．そして，機能実現の方向性や実際の教育現場目線の観点からシステムの妥当性を確認するため，小学校の教育環境に向けた実験的プロトタイプを構築した．児童や保護者，小学校教員を対象とした本プロトタイプの評価実験を行い，得られた知見から改善点や運用上の課題を考察した． |

Opportunities are expanding to improve education through the analysis of educational data with the promotion of the introduction of digital technology in education. At the same time, privacy protection of personal educational data is also required for the students and the parents. In this paper, we develop a personal data management prototype that allows students and their parents to control access to personal data, with the aim of protecting personal data based on the OECD 8 principles. To confirm the direction of functionality and the validity of the system from the perspective of the actual educational environment, we constructed an experimental prototype for the educational environment of an elementary school. We conducted an evaluation experiment of the prototype with children, parents, and elementary school teachers, and discussed points for improvement and operational issues based on the findings. |
