内容記述 NAND SSDs are widely used because of their improved performance and decreased cost. However, their performance behavior is complex. In this paper, we explore the relationship between the accumulation of operations after formatting and performance, and show mainly that writing to the unwritten area after formatting degrades read performance. As a further discussion, we also present the results of modeling read performance by approximating it as a quadratic function of two variables, and show that this modeling method can estimate performance.
