report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8817","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"高齢化や疾病構造の変化から健康増進の重要性が高まっており，健康増進を目的とした具体的な身体活動として歩数の増加が目標とされている．継続的に歩数を高めることが様々な疾患の予防につながることが知られているが，歩行の習慣化の達成度合いや継続実施の意識は人によって異なるため，習慣未形成の人や継続意識の低い人に対して歩行を促進することが重要である．本研究では，歩行そのものを促すのではなく移動を伴う行動変容を促すことで，間接的なアプローチにより歩行を促進することを目指す．さらに，移動行動（チェックイン）の目標を宣言することに加え，目標宣言を他のユーザと共有し他のユーザからの称賛や同調を得て行動変容の動機とする社会的行動変容のアプローチの効果を検証する．有効性評価のため，スマートフォンを利用して参加できるアプリケーションを通じ，大学の各種施設にチェックインする機能・目標を宣言する機能・他者の目標に対して応援する機能を提供し，約 4
