report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8817","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"一つ一つ職人の手で作られた伝統的工芸品には,機械で大量生産された製品とは異なる持ち味や良さがある.その一方で,魅力の感じ方は個々人に依存し,その判断機序などは明らかになっていない.そこで我々は,伝統的工芸品に対する魅力の感じ方を様々な角度から明らかにするべく研究を進めている.本研究ではその端緒として,作り手による品質の段階評価値の再現について検討した.データセットとして,京都の伝統的工芸品である朝日焼の焼き物,および,中川木工芸の木組み細工について,24 方向から撮影した画像と,作り手による段階評価値を収集した.本稿では,すでに報告した画像の特徴量を縦横方向に分割し統合する深層学習識別機を用いた手法に加え,工芸品画像の余白部分を取り除いた場合,分割後の特徴量に LSTM を適用した場合について検討した結果を報告する.実験の結果,朝日焼の焼き物では余白削除の有無は精度にほぼ影響せず,中川木工芸の木組み細工では余白を削除しないほうがより高い精度が得られた.また,朝日焼の焼き物では LSTM を適用した際に macro-f1 値が高くなり,中川木工芸の木組み細工では LSTM
