• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 一般に AI は専門職の役割あるいはそれらを補佐する役割をすることも期待されている．また，AI を用いて専門的な教育を行うことも想定されている．AI がこのように用いられるためには，その専門分野において一定レベル以上の回答を AI が行うことが求められる．本研究は ChatGPT の知的財産分野における活用可能性を確認するために，我が国の国家試験である知的財産管理技能検定の問題正答率を調査し，その検証をすることとした．

In order for AI to be used in this way, it is required that the AI provide answers at a certain level in its field of expertise. This study was conducted to verify the potential use of ChatGPT in the field of intellectual property by investigating the correct answer rate for the questions of the Intellectual Property Management Skills Test, a national examination in our country.
