保健師が，メタボ患者など生活習慣改善の必要な対象者に対して面談などで行動変容を促す際には，対象者のどの問題に着眼しどのような働きかけ（どの目的行動を勧めるか等）をするかが鍵となる．しかし，新任保健師では思いつく着眼点や働きかけのバリエーションなどのノウハウが少なく，面談の質を高める上での課題となっていた．これまでに筆者らは，実際の面談業務においてノウハウ獲得を支援するシステムとして，保健師の面談記録データを活用した業務経験分析に基づいて獲得すべきノウハウを抽出し，面談準備時に，面談でのノウハウ実施を推奨するシステムを提案している．本稿では，組織内の熟練保健師らが獲得しているノウハウから，新人が目標とすべきノウハウ獲得状態を推定し，本人のノウハウ獲得状態との差分から算出した獲得優先度を基に，必要なノウハウを推奨する方式を提案し，その有効性を評価した． |

When a public health nurse encourages behavior change in an interview with a subject who needs lifestyle modification, such as a patient with metabolic syndrome, the key is which subject's problem to focus on and what kind of outreach (such as which target behavior to recommend) to the subject. However, for new public health nurses, there were few points of view that they could come up with and know-how on variations of approaches, which was a problem in improving the quality of the interviews. We have proposed a system to support the acquisition of know-how in actual interview work by extracting know-how to be acquired based on work experience analysis using interview record data recorded by public health nurses and recommending the implementation of the know-how at the actual interview. In this paper, we propose a method to estimate the target value of know-how acquisition that new public health nurses should aim for from the know-how acquired by skilled public health nurses in the organization, and to recommend the necessary know-how based on the acquisition priority calculated from the difference with the know-how acquisition status of the person and evaluate its effectiveness. |
