While Shaw and Dutta have proposed a direct construction of isogeny-based IBS as an existing scheme, its security proof is not tight. To address this issue, we utilize a tightly secure isogeny-based signature scheme Lossy CSI-FiSh. We present an IBS scheme based on the Lossy CSI-FiSh scheme and provide a tight security proof for this scheme. Furthermore, we conduct a comparative analysis of key size and signature size for the isogeny-based IBS scheme under suitable parameter settings.
