• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: Stack Overflow はプログラミングに関する QA プラットフォームであり，ソフトウェア工学の知識が蓄積されている．我々は，特に Stack Overflow のように質問と回答で構成される会話や議論のような QA を通したコミュニケーション活動（以降 QA コミュニケーションと呼ぶ）に注目する．QA コミュニケーションを分析することで投稿者の潜在的意図や投稿者の性質を加味した投稿内容が理解でき，投稿者に対する自動フィードバックの実現が期待される．Stack Overflow は性質上，一つの投稿で完全性を担保することが容易でなく，しばしばハイパーリンクを用いた外部参照が利用される．開発者はドキュメントの多様性を重要視していることから，Stack Overflow において参照は重要である．適切な参照の実現において，Stack Overflow では投稿内容に加えて参照を行う投稿者や被参照投稿を行う投稿者の理解が肝心であるが，参照に関わる投稿者の特徴については明らかになっていない．そこで本研究では Stack Overflow の投稿のうち参照を利用する投稿および投稿者の分析を行う．参照の実態が明らかになることで，適切な参照が実現し Stack Overflow 全体の投稿の質が向上する可能性がある．また，投稿作成時に適切な参照方法や参照先を提示することで投稿作成の支援実現が期待される．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Stack Overflow is a famous question-and-answer community in world wide. We focus on communication activities through QA in Stack Overflow (QA communication). Analysis of QA communications makes it possible to understand the content of the postings, the potential intentions and the personality of the authors. Stack Overflow often uses external references with hyperlinks that have the effect of supplementing the diversity of the documentation. In achieving appropriate references, it is essential to understand the characteristics of posts and corresponding authors. However, the characteristics of post-authors related to references are not clear. Therefore, we analyze posts and corresponding authors related to references in Stack Overflow. By clarifying the references in Stack Overflow, We have identified to achieve proper referencing and improve the quality of posts in Stack Overflow. In addition, it is expected to assist in the preparation of posts by providing appropriate reference methods and references when preparing posts.
