However, it is not routinely improved or viewed once knowledge is structured. Knowledge structuring (Ijuin et al., 2022), which clarifies the procedures of work actions and the purpose of each action, would be highly effective if used routinely to promote a common understanding of work among on-site employees. On the other hand, in-home care, where environmental factors differ individually, it is necessary not only to share work procedures but also to share the purpose of work procedures, and based on this, work procedures corresponding to individual events and accidental occurrences should be considered on-site and prompt decisions made, and shared understanding of work should be improved and viewed daily. In this study, we will construct a system for caregivers to update and browse structured knowledge, including matters of purpose and daily in-home care, and design a flow of on-site work. In doing so, the system will collect knowledge and data (Yoshida et al., 2022) to promote an understanding of changes in work procedures due to differences in environmental factors.}, title = {知識の構造化による介護職の日常的な知識共有の実現}, year = {2023} }
