• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本論文では，企業における DX (Digital Transformation) を推進できる即戦力人材を育成するための演習授業の実践について報告する．ディジタル技術を用いたビジネス変革を担う DX 人材は社会から広く求められているが，学校で育成することは難しい．この原因は，学生自身がビジネスや業務を経験していないため，業務システムについての基礎的な理解の共有ができてないことにある．そのため変革についての講義を聴いても抽象的な一般論の理解にとどまり，現実感が持てない．特に業務システムの場合には，業務の流れを成立させるためにはデータ運用などの活動まで理解しておく必要があり，授業用に簡易に構成することは難しい．これらを克服し DX の即戦力人材を育成するために，現実の数万件の店舗販売データとノーコードツール kintone を用いて仮想的な発注支援システムを構築し，改善案を検討・提案することで初期的な DX を経験する授業を行った．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this paper, we report on the experience of an exercise class to foster human resources with practical skills who can promote DX (Digital Transformation) in companies. DX-ready human resources who are responsible for business transformation using digital technology are widely demanded, but it is difficult to train them in schools. The reason for the difficulty is that students themselves have no experience in business or operations, and thus do not share a basic understanding of business systems. Therefore, no matter how seriously they take the lectures on business reform, they only understand abstract generalities and do not obtain practical skills for DX. Especially in the case of business systems, it is necessary to understand data operations and other activities that establish the flow of business, but it is difficult to prepare such a total system environment for a class. To overcome the difficulties and foster DX-ready human resources, we virtually constructed an ordering support system that manages tens of thousands of actual store sales data using a no-code application development tool kintone, and conducted a class in which students experienced initial DX by proposing improvements.
