It is still unclear what condition contributes discomfort on their own voice. In this study, we quantified the feeling of the discomfort, in which acoustic and linguistic information was systematically manipulated. The results showed that the degree of discomfort did not solely depend on the linguistic information, and that individual differences were observed in the discomfort by acoustic information.
