• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 小論文の内容から教員評価点を BERT を用いて予測する手法を，学習者属性の得点予測に応用した．大規模授業で作成されたレポートや課題コメントの小論文をそれぞれ用いて分析したところ，教員評価点の予測については先行研究を追認した．ただし，性格や態度尺度などの学習者個人の属性得点予測の性能は低かった．そこで，2 つの小論文を同時に与えて予測する方法を導入したところ，教員評価点に加えて，性格因子の外向性や防災意識の得点について，予測得点との相関係数がやや向上した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The possibility of predicting scores representing student’s characteristics from their essay texts using a machine learning technique based on BERT system was examined. Here, student’s characteristics include critical thinking disposition and personality scores. A potential for predicting essay assessment scores from essay texts using machine learning with each set of essay reports or essay comments was confirmed. On the other hand, the estimated scores of student’s characteristics which based on their essays did not correlate with the individual scores. When two essay texts were employed to predict the score, the correlation coefficients for Extroversion and Disaster-prevention consciousness grew slightly.
