The EU's eIDAS 2.0 proposal is a representative example, while other digital identity-related laws and regulations have been established or are being discussed in the UK, the US, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries. The OECD has also released a draft recommendation on "Digital Identity Governance," and it is expected that discussions on the institutionalization of digital identity in each country will intensify in the future.
