• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 現在グローバルでデジタルアイデンティティに関する法規制強化の検討が進んでいる．EU の eIDAS2.0 提案を始め，英国や米国，豪州，ニュージーランド等においてデジタルアイデンティティ関連の法規制が制定あるいは議論されていると同時に，OECD も「デジタルアイデンティティガバナンス」に関する勧告のドラフトを公表する等，本領域における制度化に向けた議論が進んでいる．本稿ではこれら内容や背景について概算するとともに，これら動向が日本に及ぼす影響等について考察する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The strengthening of laws and regulations related to digital identity is currently under discussion globally. The EU's eIDAS 2.0 proposal is a representative example, while other digital identity-related laws and regulations have been established or are being discussed in the UK, the US, Australia, New Zealand, and other countries. The OECD has also released a draft recommendation on "Digital Identity Governance," and it is expected that discussions on the institutionalization of digital identity in each country will intensify in the future. This paper outlines the content and background of these trends and discusses their impact on Japan.
