• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 組織のセキュリティ対策は，外部からの攻撃や内部からの情報流出をできる限りその境界で防止するという考え方が主流にある．しかし従業員によるシャドー IT 行為は，その境界をすり抜けることで，セキュリティ対策の効果を弱め，マルウェア感染や情報漏洩を引き起こすリスクを孕んでいる．シャドー IT 行為を抑制する技術的対策には限界があり，人的対策も重要となるが，これまで充分に検討されてきたとは言い難い．本研究ではシャドー IT 行為を抑制する従業員向け対策を明らかにすることを目指して，対策優先度が高いシャドー IT 行為と心理的要因を調査した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The mainstream security measures of organizations are based on the concept of preventing external attacks and internal information leaks as much as possible within their boundaries. However, shadow IT behavior by employees can slip through the boundary, weakening the effectiveness of security measures and posing the risk of malware infection and information leakage. Technical measures to control shadow IT activities are limited, and human countermeasures are also important, but these have not been sufficiently studied so far. This study investigated psychological factors and shadow IT behavior with high priority for countermeasures to clarify measures for employees to inhibit shadow IT behavior.
