• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 本報告は，中国の北魏王朝における出土資料である墓誌を用い，男女の墓誌でどのような語句が使われているかを検討した．分析対象は墓誌の中でも銘辞という 1 句 4 文字で構成される韻文形式の漢詩を扱った．男性は 358 人分，女性は 89 人分の北魏墓誌の銘辞を扱い，2 字熟語として 19339 語の単語を抽出した．KH Coder でオリジナル辞書を登録した MeCab を使い，対応分析の機能を用いて男女の用語の差をビジュアライズした．また中國哲學書電子化計劃（Chinese Text Project）の分析ツールを使い，200 字のワードクラウドを男女別に分けるとより差が明確になった．具体的には男性は成人男子として王朝へ軍事的・政治的に貢献している点を称賛する語句が顕著であった．女性は嫁ぎ先の家庭で夫の父母や兄弟の妻と良好な関係を築くことが称賛されていた．この結果は当時の北魏女性の実態とは異なり，実際には実家が有力な女性は嫁ぎ先でも強い権力を持っていた．したがって，北魏墓誌では王朝側が理想とした女性のジェンダー規範を描写していると考えられる．また男女間で特徴語が全く異なること，当時の男性性および女性性を強調したジェンダーステレオタイプを描く語彙が北魏墓誌では選ばれていたことを定量分析により明確化した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In this report, we examined what words and phrases are used in epitaphs for men and women using epitaphs, which are unearthed materials from the Northern Wei Dynasty in China. Among the epitaphs, the subject of analysis dealt with a Chinese poem in the form of a verse consisting of four characters each, called meiji. They handled inscriptions on the Northern Wei epitaph for 358 men and 89 women, and extracted 19339 words as two-letter idioms. Using MeCab, an original dictionary registered with KH Coder, we visualized differences between male and female terms using the correspondence analysis function. We also used an analysis tool from the Chinese Text Project to break down the 200 word clouds by gender, and the differences became clearer. Specifically, men were often praised for their military and political contributions to the dynasty as adult males. Women were praised for establishing good relationships with their husbands' parents and siblings' wives in the families they married into. This result was different from the reality of Northern Wei women at the time, and in fact, women who had a strong family home had strong power in their place of marriage. Therefore, it is considered that the Northern Wei epitaph describes the ideal female gender norms of the dynasty. Quantitative analysis also clarified that the feature words were completely different between men and women, and that the lexicon depicting gender stereotypes that emphasized masculinity and femininity at the time was selected in the Northern Wei epitaph.
