5G スループット予測技術を提案する.フィジカル空間情報は,無線通信領域における物体の動きを予測でき,スループットの予測精度向上に繋がる.提案手法の有効性の評価のため,自立型移動ロボットと商用の 5G ネットワークを用いた屋内実験環境で実験を行った.実験により,ディープニューラルネットワークを用いた提案手法による予測は,従来の過去のスループット情報を用いた予測手法に比べて,最大 38.4 % technology, all things are being connected to networks, and it is expected that various new applications will be created. The diversification in applications will yield various requirements such as high speed, low latency and/or high reliability for wireless communication, while large capacity is needed to manage the increasing mobile traffic. Although the millimeter-wave use is a promising to increase the capacity of mobile network, it is a big challenge for millimeter-wave channel to satisfy the reliability requirements. The millimeter-wave wireless links require a line of sight (LOS) environment and shadowing by objects can degrade their link qualities. In this paper, we propose the 5G throughput prediction scheme that uses physical space information of the position, velocity and direction of the user terminal and surrounding objects. The physical space information enables to predict movements of the objects in the wireless communication area and improves the prediction accuracy. To evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed prediction, we conducted the indoor experiments using commercial 5G network and the autonomous mobility robots.
