年以降の先進 7 カ国 (G7) の中で，日本の労働生産性は一貫して最下位である．これを改善するため，労働者が健康にパフォーマンスを発揮できるような環境を整える働き方改革が進められているが，依然として半数以上の労働者は職業生活に強いストレスを感じているのが現状である．現在，労働者の精神衛生を保つ目的では，労働安全衛生調査が義務付けられているが，これはアンケートにより 1 年に 1 回程度実施するもので，日常的なモニタリングは難しい．そこで我々は，マルチモーダル情報を用いて，労働者の仕事に対する心的状態（ワーク・エンゲイジメントやリカバリ経験等を含めた「Work Attitude」）の推定を持続的に行うことができる「Work Attitude PLR (Personal Life Record)
