If all operating information is collected on the cloud, unnecessary information will also be collected, resulting in data storage costs and data management costs due to the increase in data volume, and wasteful work such as separating collected data when analyzing failure problems can occur. In this research, we propose a method to automatically collect only the information necessary to identify the cause of the problem according to the type of alert and the operating state of the IT infrastructure, using the alert generated in the IT infrastructure as a trigger. In the verification, it was possible to reduce the work steps of the conventional operation manager to 1/4, and to reduce the amount of data by about 40% compared to the case of typical regular collection.
