To solve this problem, a multi-homed network is used. Since multi-homed networks can communicate using multiple networks, the same packet can be sent using multiple networks simultaneously to reduce the packet loss rate. MPTCP is used as a protocol to implement multi-homed networks. However, MPTCP has a problem that it can't be used unless the function is implemented in both the client and server kernels. In this paper, we propose a network architecture that uses QUIC and SDN implemented in userland. This network architecture can be used to implement multi-homed networks independent of the OS. Also, implement the function of routing control for multi-homed networks in SDN. We compare communication speeds between communication using the proposed multi-homed network and TCP.
