• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 社会環境の急速な変化に対応するため，DX（デジタルトランスフォーメーション）を支え，オペレーション業務を効率化する技術が広く普及している．NW オペレーション領域では NW 制御を中心に完全自動化を目指す中で，通信事業者を含む企業オペレーションでは，オペレータやマネージャであるヒトに着目した取り組みも重要である．本講演では，ヒトとシステムを支援することで，自律的な活動による EX（従業員体験）の充実と，社内・社間の協働による新たなビジネス領域の創出を目指す，協働型オペレーション技術の取り組みを紹介する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: In order to adapt rapidly changing social environments, technologies to support DX (digital transformation) and to enhance operational business efficiency are now widely used. Autonomous network aims for full automation mainly focusing on network control. Besides, it is also important to focus on a human behavior as operator or manager for telecommunication carriers business. In this presentation, we introduce collaborative operation technologies that support the activities of humans and systems for enriching EX (employee experience) and new business creation through in-house and inter-company collaboration.
