• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 教育情報システムの在りようは，eラーニング技術標準のとりあえずのラインナップによって，さまざまなステークホルダー（学習者，教員，教育機関，出版社など）が自らの目標や文脈に応じて最適な構成を考えてカスタマイズできる段階にさしかかりつつあるといえるだろう．その実現には，構成要素（コンテンツ，データ，ツールなど）の多様性と開発の持続可能性から，コミュニティの優れた成果を共有し再利用するデジタルエコシステムが大きな役割を果たす．そして，データ連携と国際技術標準のさらなる進化によって，高度の相互運用性が実現し，一人ひとりの学びの環境と過程は，エンドユーザとしての学習者が教育機関，将来的には代理としてのAIチュータの助けを借りてノーコードで組み合わせるものになる．本稿では，教育データ連携に焦点をあてて，こうした「個別最適化された学び」（「学習のパーソナル化」）を実現するための要件と課題，教育と人材開発における実践について展望する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Owing to sustained development and dissemination of technical standards in education, the stakeholders, such as learners, teachers, educational institutions and publishers, are close to the stage in which they can customize their educational information systems and resources to meet with their specific goals and contexts, At the stage, digital ecosystems, which share and reuse excellent resources and practices in the communities, will be indispensable from the viewpoints of DEI (Diversity，Equity and Inclusion) and SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals). With the evolution of data collaboration and international technical standards, the interoperability among various systems and tools is advanced and personalization of learning environments and processes is realized with mashup in no-code fashion by each end user (learner, teacher or AI tutor as a proxy). In this paper, mainly focusing on the data collaboration in education, the various issues in personalization of learning and practices and the use cases in education and human resource development are discussed.
