This learning material is based on the theme of the co-creation of the web application for spreading the charms of residential areas among elementary school students, elementary school teachers, municipality staff, community volunteers, members of the civic community, and university faculty. In this paper, we report on the results of introducing the proposed learning material into top-to-bottom sectioning activity at Ikoma Municipal Ikoma Minami Daini Elementary School and practicing it with 193 students of all grades over one year in FY2021. Through practice, high self-evaluation in perspective of whether the students were able to work independently and willingly, which is the aim of this material, was obtained from the survey of students. Also, the spontaneous actions of the students were confirmed through observation.
