病床管理は，患者に対し，適切な部屋やベッド，機材を割当する業務であり，近年では，数理最適化問題として解くことにより効率化が試みられている．病床管理では緊急患者の受け入れや入院期間の延長といった予期しない変更が頻繁に起こる．しかし，従来の手法は最良の計画を立てることに重きがおかれ，実行に時間がかかるため，日常的な再割当には利用できない．このため，本稿では，病床管理において短時間で再割当を行うための手法を提案する． |

Bed management is the task of assigning appropriate rooms, beds, and equipment to patients. In hospital bed management, unexpected changes occur frequently, such as accepting emergency patients or extending the length of hospital stay. However, conventional methods cannot be used for routine reassignment because they focus on making the best plan and take time to execute. Therefore, this paper proposes a method for performing reassignment in a short time in hospital bed management. |
