職員，研究支援者等，職種によって習得すべきスキルが異なり，必要な学習内容も異なると考えられる．本研究では，学習者の職種やニーズと，それらにとって必須となるスキル，そのスキルを身につけるために必要な学習コンテンツやクイズを相互に紐づけ，各学習者にとって自身の職種やニーズに最適化された学習コンテンツが表示される機能を Moodle skills required in relation to the topic differ depending on the position or demands of the learner. For example, when training on research budget execution procedures to university faculties, the required skills will differ depending on their position, such as researchers, URA staff, and research supporters, and the necessary learning content will also differ.
