に記録される学習ログをもとに滞在時間を反映したページを開く順番を表現する特徴ベクトルを構成し，成績中位者や成績下位者に分類する問題として扱うこととした．Word2Vec によりページごとの分散表現を生成し，学習者ごとに加算したベクトルまたは重心を学習者がページを開く順番を表す特徴ベクトルとした．この特徴ベクトルを使用して，機械学習モデルを構成し，K- grades early in order to support learners of medium or low achievement in on-demand courses. Considering the individual learning style affects learners' performance, page transition and reading time of online textbooks are as the indicators of learning style in this paper. Feature vectors, which represent page transition and reading time, are constructed from data recorded in LMS when learners have accessed the online textbook. A prediction of mid- and low-achievers is treated as a classification problem using the feature vectors in machine learning. Using the Word2Vec, a variance representation vector in each page of online textbook was derived. Then, the sum of variance representation vector added along the each learner's page transition was one of the feature vector. The center of variance representation vector along the each learner's page transition was another feature vector.
