• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 発達障害やそのグレーゾーンも含めると職場環境において，認知コミュニケーションが苦手なで，多くのストレスを抱えている人が年々増えてきている．我々は，何らかの認知コミュニケーション障害を抱える人に対する職業リハビリテーションを支援するために，VR グループ認知コミュニケーション支援システムを開発している．本報告では，オフィス環境の葛藤場面を仮想空間上に構築し，業務に追われている最中に追加オーダーが要求されたとき，どのようにアサーティブな対応ができるかに関する行動の自動評価を行い，振り返りを行うことで葛藤場面でのメタ認知能力を向上させるシステムを提案する．本システムの有効性を，VR コミュニケーション実験を通して検証した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The number of people with cognitive communication difficulties, including those with developmental disabilities and their gray zone, in the work environment is increasing year by year, and they are under a lot of stress. We are developing a VR group cognitive communication support system to support vocational rehabilitation for people with some cognitive communication disorders. In this report, we propose a system that improves metacognitive abilities in conflict situations by constructing conflict situations in an office environment in a virtual space and automatically evaluating and reflecting on how to respond assertiv ely when an additional order is requested while the user is busy with his/her work. The effectiveness of the system was verified through a VR communication experiment.
