内容記述 The online video streaming services have been widely used among various purposes and several scenarios. VoD (Video on Demand) Service, Live Streaming, and Online Education have taken a huge part of the Internet traffic. The cloud based multimedia processing technique is now adopted by most of the Video Content Providers and a classical approach is that the video processing functions are following a Network Function Chaining (NFC) way. As the number of End user grows, it is tricky for Video Content Providers to maintain Quality of Experience (QoE) of end users. In this paper, we design a new platform based on a Network Based Media Processing (NBMP) mechanism and introduce awareness about various kinds of information for selecting the suitable servers for video processing. The Segment Routing technique (SRv6) is used for building an end-to-end (E2E) path for chaining the video processing network functions. The proposed platform is running on an IPv6-only environment. The basic video processing functions are evaluated together with other evaluation about its considered information, the result shows that the proposed platform can deploy video processing network functions within 1.45 seconds and establish e2e path within 0.82 seconds.
