report"}]},"item_4_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"2188-8787","subitem_source_identifier_type":"ISSN"}]},"item_4_description_7":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"今日におけるオープンサイエンス推進の潮流を受けて，研究データに関わる一連の研究活動を支援する研究データ管理サービスの開発が国際的なトレンドとなっている．開発された研究データ管理サービスの選択と利用は，一方では各研究者の裁量に委ねられている．他方，大学や学術機関は，研究者支援とガバナンス強化の両面から，機関単位での研究データ管理サービスの構築が求められている．しかしながら，研究データ管理サービスに要求される機能は広範囲にわたるため，網羅的かつ整合性をもって機関がサービスを構築するためには，構築を進めるための指針に加えて，構築状況の達成度を測るフレームワークの確立が必須である．本研究では，機関による研究データ管理サービスの構築状況を自己評価するためのフレームワークを設計する．我々は，既存の研究データ管理サービス分析で用いられた成熟度モデルを分析し，機関単位でのサービスを網羅的に把握するための項目を抽出した．さらに，項目別に実践的な評価指標を開発し，規模や性質の異なる機関を対象とした大規模アンケート調査を通じてフレームワークを評価した．本研究で用いた自己評価のフレームワークは，機関による研究データ管理サービスを構造化しており，サービス提供者の視点による定量的な比較をも可能にする．ひいては，今後の研究データ管理サービス導入における機関規模別，性質別の課題抽出や，重点的に投資すべき項目を把握するために役立つ．","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_4_description_8":{"attribute_name":"論文抄録(英)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"Developing research data management services that support research data lifecycle has become an international trend in response to today's movement promoting open science. On the one hand, the selection and use of the developed research data management services are left to the discretion of each researcher. On the other hand, universities and academic institutions must establish research data management services at the institutional level to support researchers and strengthen their institutional governance. However, due to the wide range of functions required of research data management services, it is difficult for institutions to evaluate the achievement of their service maturity level. It is essential to establish a self-assessment framework to measure the degree of achievement for developing the services comprehensively and consistently. In this study, we design a self-assessment framework for evaluating the maturity level of research data management services in academic institutions. We analyzed the existing RDM service maturity models and extracted common elements to understand the services provided by each institution. We also developed key performance areas by each element and evaluated the framework through a large-scale questionnaire survey targeting institutions of different scales and characteristics. The self-assessment framework used in this study structures institutional research data management services and enables quantitative comparisons from the perspective of service providers.
