When a problem arises, the business operator is required to take accountability for technology and ensure fairness. This paper reports on the basic guidelines and explanations of the \"ELSI Handbook\" for media technology researchers to promote their research in consideration of ELSI. In addition, in order to ensure that the content of the ELSI handbook does not deviate from the user's awareness, we conducted a survey to clarify the user's way of using media and their awareness.
