研究会）でも研究発表会のオンライン化の後にハイブリッド化が行われ，多くの研究発表会が実施されてきた．オンラインのみの配信環境では，多くは人が分散的になり，Zoom や Webex などの Web 会議システムを駆使すればほぼ目的を達成できた．しかし，ハイブリッドな環境においては，対面環境の整備も必要であり，オンラインと対面の両方を意識した環境構築が必要となる．本稿では，IOT 研究会におけるハイブリッド対応に関して，1) 既設システムをより深く活用するもの，2) 一般的な Web 会議での利用機器を用いるもの，3) the outbreak of the new coronavirus, online activities have been carried out in a variety of situations. In addition to events held in only online, many hybrid meetings with face-to-face activities have also been held. The Internet and Operation Technology Group (SIG-IOT) of the Information Processing Society of Japan (IPSJ) has held many research conferences using a hybrid format after the online format of research conferences. In an online-only distribution environment, most of the people are decentralized, and the objectives could be achieved almost by making use of web conferencing systems such as Zoom and Webex. However, in a hybrid situation, it is necessary to provide a face-to-face environment as well, and it is necessary to build an infrastructure that is aware of both the online and face-to-face formats. In this paper, we discuss the hybrid environment for IOT research conferences, classifying them into the following categories: 1) those that make deeper use of existing systems, 2) those that use general web conferencing equipment, and 3) those that make use of simple and lightweight portable equipment.
