 note = {本報告では、中華人民共和国（中国）におけるソフトウェア工業の現状と課題について，周辺的な諸事情と共に，一般的な検討を行なう。中国における情報処理技術の進展経過，ソフトウェア工学を研究している主な大学・学院，各種機関におけるソフトウェア開発環境，中国の情報処理関係の主な部門化関連する諸活動，第七次5ヶ年計画の主なコンピュータ応用プロジェクト，などについて明示する。そして，中国におけるソフトウェア工学の研究項目とその内容について表示する。特に，今後の重点課題の一つとして，1985年から上海市で開始された情報処理技術者試験について，その経過と諸データなどを詳細に吟味する。最後に，現段階における上海の情報産業界への要望を記す。, We present the various aspects on the software engineering in People's Republic of China. These are the development process of the computer technology, the main universities which have software engineering researchers, the software development environments at each institution, the variety of many activities on the software engineering, and the main computer application projects of the long range planing. The important development items on the software engineering are listed. The especial note is shown on the tests for software engineers at Shanghai City since 1985.},
