• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 新型コロナウイルス感染症の感染拡大の影響で，訪日外国人旅行者数は激減した．しかし，2022 年 10 月には外国人に対する入国制限の大幅な緩和が行われ，外国人旅行者数は徐々に回復しつつある．一方，日本は世界有数の災害大国であり，日本を訪れる外国人旅行者が災害に巻き込まれる可能性がある．外国人旅行者は土地勘がなく，災害に関する知識に乏しいことが考えられるため，災害時には安全に行動することができず，被害が拡大する恐れがある．そのため，災害時には外国人旅行者に向けて，災害情報を提供する仕組みづくりが重要である．各自治体は，訪日外国人旅行者の災害対策の普及に取り組んでおり，災害情報を提供するサービスも存在するが，訪日外国人旅行者に向けた災害対策は十分ではない．そこで本研究では，訪日外国人旅行者を対象とした災害情報提供システムを提案し，災害発生時に訪日外国人の位置情報を利用して現在地の自治体の災害情報を翻訳して提供するシステムを実装した．本システムを評価した結果，位置情報をもとに，災害情報を提供する仕組みを実現することはできたが，災害時における本システムの有効性を確かめるためにはさらなる改善が必要であることが明らかになった．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The number of foreign visitors to Japan in 2020 dropped sharply caused by the spread of COVID-19. However, in October 2022, the Japanese government eased immigration restrictions and the number of foreign visitors is recovering gradually. On the other hand, Japan is a country with a lot of disasters, therefore, the foreign visitors could get involved in disasters. They have the risk of being more damaged because they are likely not to have knowledge of local area and disasters. Hence, it is important to send foreign them disaster information when disasters occur. National and local government have addressed to disaster countermeasure, but they are not completely prepared. Therefore, this paper will propose a disaster information provision system for foreign visitors and we implemented a function of providing translated disaster information offered by local government. As a result of the evaluation, we achieved to implement a system of providing disaster information, but found that there is the room for improvement to ensure the effectiveness of this system.
