サイバー攻撃は年々高度化・巧妙化しており，対策を講じていたとしても被害を完全に防ぐことは困難である．サイバー攻撃の標的は，組織だけでなく，個人も対象となっており，個人も対策を講じる必要がある．個人のセキュリティ対策では，情報セキュリティ教育にて，対策意識の向上や対策方法の習得などが行われる．現状個人向けのセキュリティ教育は，知識を習得する教育に偏っており，経験するための教育（サイバー演習等）が見当たらない．このため，本論文では個人向けサイバー演習を作成することにし，まずは目指す個人向けのサイバー演習の要件を整理した．この要件に基づいて，筆者らが創出した，テーブルゲームのジャンルの一種である TRPG を参考にした，キーパー（KP）レスのサイバー演習手法について述べる． |

Cyber attacks are becoming more sophisticated and sophisticated every year. Therefore, it is difficult to prevent cyber attacks completely even if countermeasures are taken. Attackers target not only organizations but also individuals for cyber attacks. Countermeasures of individuals should be implemented through information security education. The information security education is provided for individuals to raise their awareness of countermeasures and learn how to take countermeasures. Currently, security education for individuals is biased toward knowledge acquisition, and there is no education for experience (e.g., cyber exercise). Therefore, in this paper, we decided to create a cyber exercise for individuals, and summarized the requirements of a cyber exercise for individuals. Based on these requirements, we describe a Keeper-less cyber exercise method based on TRPG (a kind of table game genre) created by the authors. |
