 note = {セッションリプレイサービスとは，ユーザがウェブサイト上で行なった行動を記録するサービスである．これはウェブサイトのユーザ体験の向上やエラー原因の特定に利用されることが想定されている．しかしセッションリプレイサービスではマウス操作や入力内容等を取得しているため，セッションリプレイサービスを利用するウェブサイトはユーザに関する情報を取得していることを適切に公表する必要がある．そこで本研究では国内のウェブサイトを対象に，セッションリプレイサービスの利用状況について調査を行い，プライバシーポリシーにおいてユーザに適切な形で公表を行なっているかどうかを報告する．, Session replay is a service that records every active event that a user preforms on a website. It is supposed to be used for improving the website user experience and identifying the cause of errors. Session replay service acquires events such as mouse operations, input text, which may be classified as personal information or personal-related information, and the web sites using such services should disclose the fact that they acquire information related to users in an appropriate manner. In this paper, we conduct a survey of domestic web sites about the use of any session replay services and report how often they disclose the information to users in an appropriate manner in their privacy policies.},
