F0 や独自開発の音声セグメントラベルから導出した F0 変化幅，妥当ラベル，ラベル安定性，F0 分散，音声区間長，無音区間長，かすれラベル，濁音ラベルを発話評価パラメータとして用いた．本報告では 73 歳以上の高齢者について 9 か月の期間をおいて ATR 音素バランス 503 文のうちの 2 文とオーラルディアドコキネシス用の「パ」「タ」「カ」の発話を延べ 100 名分収集した．発話評価パラメータとオーラルディアドコキネシスの関係では，ta の回数と音声区間長との相関係数は 0.4，ta の回数と妥当ラベルとの相関係数は 0.32 となった．年齢との関係を調べたところ，妥当ラベルとの相関係数が -0.44 と，最も負の相関があった．一方，オーラルディアドコキネシスでは年齢と ta の回数との相関係数が -0.37 と，最も負の相関があった．9 か月間経過した時の発話評価パラメータが 0.5 以上向上したのは，評価「あらゆる・・」「冬が・・」のそれぞれで 38 名中 7 名と 6 名，0.5 以上低下したのは 3 名と 0 名であった．9 か月間経過した時のオーラルディアドコキネシスの変化量について，1 以上向上しているのが，pa で 8 名，ta で 8 名，ka で 6 名であった．一方，1 以上低下しているのは pa で 5 名であり，ta と ka ではいずれも 1
