• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 社会人の学習が学生の学習と最も異なる点は，座学で学んだ知識（学習知識）だけでなく，仕事で得た経験や社会生活を通じて得た経験も経験学習として取り入れる点である．反転学習を取り入れた介護従事者を対象としたオンライン講座において，事前学習の成果を測るために多肢選択形式のオンラインテストを実施したところ，多くの学習者が誤って選択してしまう選択肢と選択し損ねてしまう選択肢があることが確認された．なぜその選択肢を誤って選択したのか，選択し損ねたのかの理由をアンケート調査したところ，誤って選択したものはコモンセンス（一般常識）が正しい知識に勝ってしまったこと，選択肢損ねたものは理解（学習）不足が主要因であることが示唆された．このことは社会人の学習において一般的に言えると考えられ，多くの学習者が誤って選択した選択肢や選択肢損ねた選択肢に注目して教授方法や教材を改善することにより，より効果的な教育が提供できると考える．社会人のリカレント教育やリスキリングの重要性が高まる中で，このようにラーニングアナリティックスを活用して多くの学習者に共通する弱点を抽出する手法は有用性が高いと考える．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: The biggest difference between the learning of working person and that of students is that working person use not only the knowledge learned in classroom learning (learning knowledge) but also the experiences acquired on the job and through soc ial life as learning by experience. In an online course for care personnel that incorporates flipped classroom, we conducted a multiple-choice online test to measure the results of their learning, and found that many learners chose the same incorrect choices or failed to select the same right choices. A questionnaire survey on the reasons why they chose such wrong choices or failed to choose such right choices suggested that the main reason for the wrong choice was common sense (general knowledge) overcoming correct knowledge, while the main reason for the failed choice was a lack of understanding (learning). We believe that this is common in general in the study of working person. Then, more effective education can be provided by improving teaching methods and teaching materials by focusing on the choices that many learners chose incorrectly or failed to choose. As the importance of recurrent education and reskilling for working person increases, we believe that this method of extracting the common weaknesses of many learners by using learning analytics is highly useful.
