 note = {「デジタルアーカイブの国際比較・批判的研究」を継続している立場から，デジタルアーカイブの定義が国際的にも多様であることを踏まえつつ，日本のデジタルアーカイブの政策と実践について考察した．端的に言えば，日本では 1990 年代半ばの草創期から，「国力強化のための，文化遺産・文化資産のデジタル化と発信」が，今なお政策・実践の基調を成している．また，文化方面に限られないボーン・デジタル記録のアーカイブ化についての取り組みも，日本では不足している．今後，日本として取り組むべき領域としては，「パーソナルデジタルアーカイブ」や，DX 化を進める国・自治体の活動を歴史的・遡及的に検証するアーカイブを挙げた．, This article discusses policy and practices of digital archives in Japan through international perspectives. The concerning issues in Japan has been established on the assumption of empowering national status and soft power through digital archives as a means of providing access to the country's own cultural heritage and resources in digital format. On the other hand, the policy and practices in Japan dismiss archiving of born-digital records not limited to cultural fields. In conclusion, this article suggests that it is necessary for stakeholders of digital archives in Japan to further policy and practices on archiving personal digital records including messages on SNS platforms, as well as on archiving government records under digital transformation (DX).},
