• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 昨今のウイルス感染症に対する対策として，オフィスではなく自宅など遠隔地で業務を行うリモートワークが広く普及した．リモートワーク環境でのオンライン会議では，会議と無関係な作業を同じ時間内で行うマルチタスクが行われる傾向にあることがわかっている．会議中に行うマルチタスクは，作業生産性が向上するなど一定の効果がある一方，会議内容の聞き逃しなどによる情報取得の機会損失や会議全体の質の低下につながる恐れがある．この問題を解決するためにマルチタスクを行うことを抑制させる研究などが既に行われているが，参加者にとって会議の重要度が低い場合など，参加度合いが低い会議ではマルチタスクを抑止するのではなく積極的に行うべきであるという考えもありうる．そこで，本研究では，会議内容の把握をマルチタスク中でもリアルタイムに行えるように，オンライン会議環境で聞き逃した会議内容を文字起こしや会議映像の遡り再生によって把握することを可能にする会議支援システムを開発し，検証を行なった．その結果，提案システムを用いた方が会議理解度が上昇するとともに，マルチタスク中における心理的負担が減少し，作業にも集中することができたことがわかった．このことから，提案システムは，作業に集中しながら，会議内容を把握することができるマルチタスクを支援することが示唆された．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: As a countermeasure against recent viral infections, remote work, in which work is performed at home or other remote locations rather than in an office, has become widely popular. It has been found that online meetings in remote work environments tend to involve multitasking, in which participants perform tasks unrelated to the meeting in the same period of time. While multitasking during meetings has certain effects such as improving work productivity, it can also lead to lost opportunities to obtain information due to the missed content of the meeting or to a decline in the overall quality of the meeting. To solve this problem, research has already been conducted to inhibit multitasking, however, one could argue that multitasking should be actively encouraged rather than discouraged for meetings with a low level of participation, such as when the importance of the meeting to the participants is low. In this study, we developed and verified a meeting support system that enables users to grasp the content of a meeting in real time even while multitasking, by transcribing and replaying the missed meeting content in an online meeting environment. The results showed that the proposed system increased the level of meeting comprehension, decreased the psychological burden of multitasking, and allowed the participants to concentrate on their work. This suggests that the proposed system supports multitasking, enabling users to grasp the contents of a meeting while concentrating on their work.
