 note = {医療技術の発達による寿命の延伸と,これにともなう高齢化によって介護業界の人手不足が社会問題となっている.高齢者介護施設では日常生活の介助のほかに,健康維持を目的とした活動量の把握・管理が求められる.そこで本研究では,車椅子使用者を対象とした低コストなモニタリング手法を目指し,BLEビーコンを用いた自走・介助の判別および,活動量の推定手法を提案する.BLEビーコンから発信される電波は,距離の二乗に反比例して減衰するため,受信機との距離によって受信電波強度は変化しやすい.そこで,介助者に取り付けたBLEビーコンの受信電波強度が,各シチュエーション(介助者がいない,介助者が車椅子を押す,介助者が近くを通る)によって異なる特徴を,自走・介助の推定に,車椅子の車輪に取り付けたBLEビーコンの受信電波強度が,車輪の回転によって変化する特徴を,活動量の推定に用いた.評価の結果,自走・介助の推定は93.0%の精度で,活動量推定の指標となる車輪回転数の推定は100.0%の精度で推定できた., The increase in life expectancy due to the development of medical technology and the accompanying aging of the population has resulted in a labor shortage in the nursing care industry. Elderly care facilities are required to monitor and manage the amount of activity for health maintenance, in addition to assisting the elderly in their daily lives. In this paper, we propose a low-cost monitoring method for wheelchair users using BLE beacons to estimate self-propulsion and assistance and to estimate the amount of activity. We used the feature that the received radio wave strength of a BLE beacon attached to a caregiver varies with each situation (no caregiver, caregiver pushing the wheelchair, caregiver passing nearby) for estimation of self-propulsion and assistance, and the feature that the received radio wave strength of a BLE beacon attached to the wheels of a wheelchair varies with the rotation of the wheels for estimation of activity level. As a result of the evaluation, the estimation of self-propelled/assistance was estimated with an accuracy of 93.0%, and the estimation of the number of wheel revolutions, which is an indicator of activity estimation, with an accuracy of 100.0%.},
