Winternitz signature scheme is one of hash-based signatures that are regarded as quantum-immune, and recognized as a simple realization of a secure one-time signature. This study aims to propose another one-time signature by replacing the check-sum fingerprints of Winternitz scheme with more efficient zero-sum fingerprints.
