• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: 改正個人情報保護法によって導入された匿名加工情報は，その作成方法が陽に記述されておらず，事業者にとっては不安な状態である．そこで，技術的に最高水準の匿名加工技術とその安全性評価を競争型タスクの結果を通して示そうという試みである PWSCUP が 8 年間続いている．だが，一方で，匿名加工情報や場合によっては令和 2 年改正で導入される予定の仮名化工情報は，個人データの保護と利活用の観点から一般人が望むものなのかどうかが明確に示されてこなかった．この報告では，この問題に対する具体的答えとして，一般人 1045 人を対象にしたアンケート調査を行った結果について報告する．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Anonymous processed information introduced by the revised Personal Information Protection Act does not explicitly describe how to create such information, leaving businesses in a state of uncertainty. Therefore, the PWSCUP, an attempt to demonstrate the highest technical level of anonymous processing technology and its safety evaluation through the results of a competitive task, has been ongoing for eight years. At the same time, however, it has not been clearly indicated whether anonymized processed information and, in some cases, pseudonymized processed information to be introduced in the 2020 amendment of the Personal Information Protection Act, is something that the general public desires in terms of protection and utilization of personal data. In this report, as a concrete answer to this problem, we report on the results of a questionnaire survey of 1,045 members of the general public.
