• 論文抄録 / 内容記述: セキュリティ対策を自身で実施できず，家族や友人等の「代理人」に任せているユーザ（代理人委任層）が一定数存在するが，フィッシング攻撃や脆弱性を突いた攻撃など，代理人不在時にセキュリティ被害に遭遇する危険性がある．また，近年デジタルデバイドの解消も重要視されており，セキュリティ対策の場合においても自身で対策を実施できるようにサポートすることが重要である．そこで，代理人委任層をサポートする適切な施策を検討するため，本論文では，代理人委任層の ICT やセキュリティ対策に対する認識や理解状況を調査する．パソコンユーザとスマートフォンユーザの代理人委任層と，代理人委任層に任されている代理人（代理人層）に対して，ウェブアンケート形式の調査を実施した．分析結果より，代理人委任層に促進するべきセキュリティ対策を明らかにした．さらに，パソコンユーザとスマートフォンユーザで比較した結果，ICT に対する認識や各セキュリティ対策の実施状況は異なるが，セキュリティ意識や代理人層に任せている理由に違いが見られなかったことを確認した．

• 論文抄録(英) / 内容記述: Some personal computer users and smartphone users delegate a necessary security measure to their family, friends, or others close to them. For such a user called “Entrusted-User,” it is important to be able to take appropriate self-defense actions against security threats even when they cannot get help from his/her neighbor called “Agent”. In this paper, we investigate awareness and understanding of ICT and security behavior to consider approaches that cause taking security behaviors by oneself. We conducted an online survey for the Entrusted-User and the Agent who uses computer and/or smartphone. The result of survey shows that security behaviors should be promoted for the Entrusted-User. In addition, a comparison of the differences between computer users and smartphone users confirmed that while the awareness of security behavior and the reason for entrusting to the Agent are not different, the awareness of ICT and the status of taking security behavior are different.
